Job summary

Resolv Global in the UAE seeks an experienced Sales Manager for Cloud & AI Solutions to own the full sales lifecycle across UAE and GCC, engaging senior technology decision-makers and translating complex cloud offerings into business value.

You will lead negotiations, build a strong pipeline across Cloud Migration, DevSecOps, SRE, GenAI, and Managed Services, and collaborate with engineering and pre-sales to craft compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in technology sales, business development, or new client acquisition.
• Proven experience selling AWS Cloud and Managed Services to enterprise customers in UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud and Managed Services (AWS, GCP, Azure) with emphasis on AWS.
• Track record in selling within a technology company, Cloud/SaaS provider, or AWS Partner environment.
• Experience managing the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, solutioning, negotiation, and closing.
• High proficiency in lead generation, outbound prospecting, and cold calling.
• Existing network of enterprise/channel contacts in UAE is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM and lead-generation tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and contract administration.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of ICP-fit opportunities across UAE and GCC.
• Engage senior technology decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Directors of DevOps).
• Generate opportunities via outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and partner referrals.
• Collaborate with engineering/pre-sales to translate requirements into compelling proposals.
• Sell across Cloud Migration, DevSecOps, SRE, GenAI/Agentic AI, and Managed Services.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with CXO-level stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in the CRM and meet revenue targets.
