Penspen in the UAE is seeking a Senior Document Controller to organize and control project documents for ongoing and upcoming projects in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong document-control experience and meticulous filing systems management.

Candidates should have 10 or 14 years of relevant experience and a degree or diploma in Administration or Project Administration. The position is based in Abu Dhabi/Dubai with a focus on document flow across multiple vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in administration or equivalent; diploma with project administration certificate may suffice.
• 10 or 14 years of experience in document control and project document flow.
• Experience organizing drawings, specifications, operating manuals, vendor submittals, filing systems and document flow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain filing systems and document flow procedures to ensure accessibility and traceability.
