Job summary

KEO International is seeking a talented Document Control Manager to join our Abu Dhabi team, supporting a prestigious waterfront residential development. The role focuses on managing document control processes across the project lifecycle, ensuring accurate, efficient and compliant documentation, submissions, approvals and records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Document Control Manager on major construction projects.
• Strong consultancy, PMC or supervision consultant experience preferred.
• Experience working on luxury residential, waterfront, hospitality, mixed-use or large-scale developments.
• Advanced knowledge of document management systems, particularly Aconex.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control activities across the full project lifecycle in line with procedures and client requirements.
• Oversee document management systems, reporting requirements and information workflows to support delivery.
• Coordinate submission, review and approval of design documents, shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Lead and support document control teams; coordinate with project controls, engineering and construction teams to improve information flow.
