Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Lead Document Controller to manage and oversee all project-related documentation for Oil & Gas EPC projects. You will ensure accurate, timely, and secure flow of technical documents across stakeholders, while maintaining ISO-based and client requirements.

The role supports engineering, QA/QC, planning, and construction teams through robust document control processes and EDMS such as Aconex, Procore, Asite, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
• Certification in Document Control, Records Management, or EDMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project document control systems in accordance with company and project standards.
• Control, track, distribute, and archive all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Manage: Engineering and technical drawings, Shop drawings, Material submittals and method statements, RFIs, NCRs, MOMs, transmittals, correspondence, and change orders
• Ensure document registers are maintained with full version control and audit trails.
• Verify that only current and approved documents are distributed to relevant stakeholders.
• Enforce document numbering, naming conventions, and formatting standards.
