• 5-15 years of experience in financial-services risk management either in consulting or at a Tier-1 bank.
• Demonstrated success leading risk and capital-management transformation programs.
• Experience working directly with regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk transformation engagements across credit market liquidity and operational risk.
• Design and validate risk models under Basel and IFRS 9.
• Oversee engagement governance ensuring client satisfaction.
