Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in Dubai seeks a Digital Account Executive for the Middle East to drive net new digital business within Enterprise accounts and build partnerships in the partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Understanding of a Sales environment with experience in meeting quarterly and/or annual targets.
• Min 8+ years experience of Software Solution sales.
• Ability to negotiate commercial contracts and maintain competitive pricing.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office software including Project, Access, Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Winning mainly net new Digital business revenue within Enterprise accounts according to the business plan.
• Actively develop partnerships in the partner ecosystem to drive new business.
• Ability to do an initial demonstration of the Marketing Cloud capabilities.
• Position Marketing Cloud products and services and improve Customer’s impact.
• Negotiate and create product and service orders, contract addendums and renewals.
• Lead and develop existing contacts and create ambassadors.
• Weekly accurate forecast to sales management.
• Create business plan in collaboration with the extended team in order to drive net new revenue and ensure customer success.
• Position Marketing Cloud products and services and improve Customer’s impact.
