Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. in Dubai is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic Retail customer engagements and drive multi-cloud opportunities. You will own account strategy, executive sponsorship, and cross-team alignment to deliver transformational outcomes.

The role requires U.A.E.-based residency or relocation within 3 months, fluency in English, and strong experience in enterprise software sales and C-level relationship building.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise software or cloud technology sales.
• Proven success leading strategic enterprise accounts including large multi-cloud deals.
• Ability to engage C-level stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Based in UAE or willing to relocate within 3 months.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strategic portfolio of enterprise Retail customers, spanning existing accounts and new logo opportunities.
• Own the vision, strategy, and executive engagement across each account.
• Drive alignment across Salesforce Core CRM, AI, Data Cloud, and Industry Cloud teams to deliver unified customer value.
• Serve as the primary executive sponsor from Salesforce, driving long-term digital transformation outcomes.
