Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Solution Engineer for Marketing Cloud in the Middle East. The role is hybrid, based in Dubai, UAE or Riyadh, KSA, and focuses on translating customer needs into compelling Marketing Cloud architectures and demonstrations for enterprise and commercial customers.

You will partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities, deliver tailored demos, respond to RFPs, and stay ahead of market trends. English fluency is required; Arabic is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with marketing technology and customer engagement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and build winning sales strategies for Marketing Cloud.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations, proofs of concept (POCs), and technical presentations.
• Translate customer business requirements into Marketing Cloud solution architectures (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Personalization, Data Cloud integration, etc.).
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with compelling, technically sound proposals.
• Stay current on marketing technology trends, competitive landscape, and regional digital marketing maturity.
• Build trusted relationships with customer marketing, IT, and digital transformation stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Management to relay regional customer feedback.
• Support regional marketing events, webinars, and executive briefings.
