Job summary

Moro Hub is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Product Manager to translate business and customer security needs into clear requirements and to drive product roadmaps. You will coordinate with security operations, engineering, business units and sales to ensure alignment and timely go-to-market launches.

The role requires deep cybersecurity knowledge, PRD ownership, and strong cross-functional collaboration in a B2B/SaaS environment. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total professional experience, with B2B/SaaS exposure.
• 6-8 years in technology and/or cybersecurity roles.
• 5-7 years in product management or product owner roles.
• Demonstrated track record of owning PRDs, driving product roadmaps, and delivering launches in enterprise/B2B context.
• Experience cross-functionally with security, engineering, and finance teams on product decisions.
• Business requirements gathering and PRD creation, backlog management, and product discovery.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, controls, and common security products.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage cybersecurity product requirements and roadmaps.
• Lead product creation and updates for assigned cybersecurity products and features.
• Collaborate with security operations, engineering, business units and sales to align priorities.
• Support end-to-end product development and go-to-market activities.
• Perform product and vendor evaluations and ROI/cost-benefit analyses.
• Monitor product performance and drive enhancements aligned with the roadmap.
