CyberGate Defense in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks a senior Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end B2B marketing strategies and brand operations. You will drive demand, build regional campaigns, and translate complex cybersecurity offerings into high-impact collateral for enterprise and government clients.

Role requires 10+ years in B2B marketing within cybersecurity or SI environments, strong digital/ABM skills, and proficiency with CRM platforms. Arabic is a plus. HQ in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with a heavy focus on the Middle East market.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Brand Leadership: Architect and execute CyberGate's overall B2B marketing strategy, brand positioning, and messaging across the GCC region.
• Demand & Lead Generation: Design multi-channel B2B campaigns (digital, account-based marketing, content, events) to generate high-value leads for enterprise and government sales teams.
• Content & Product Marketing: Translate complex cybersecurity offerings (SOC, MSS, DFIR, Red Teaming, GRC) into clear collateral, whitepapers, case studies, and pitch decks.
• Event Management: Lead end-to-end planning and execution for premier regional events, conferences, and exhibitions (e.g., GISEC, IDEX, Black Hat MEA).
• Digital & Social Media Strategy: Direct digital campaigns across LinkedIn, search engines, and web platforms, managing performance analytics, SEO, and corporate messaging.
• Public Relations & Communications: Oversee press releases, media relations, thought leadership articles, and corporate announcements to elevate visibility.
• Agency & Budget Management: Manage third-party vendors, creative agencies, and PR firms while maintaining budget optimization and ROI.
