• Promote loyalty programs and brand campaigns.
• Process rental check‑ins, check‑outs, and returns accurately.
• Verify customer credentials and ensure compliance with rental policies.
• Inspect vehicles with customers for damage, cleanliness, and fuel levels.
• Generate accurate invoices and maintain records in the rental management system.
• Monitor reservations, no‑shows, late returns, and follow up accordingly.
• Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure efficient service.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow SOPs.
