Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally and create a positive front office experience
• Process vehicle rental transactions including bookings, pickups, and returns
• Upsell additional services such as insurance coverage, vehicle upgrades, GPS devices, and fuel plans
• Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints in a professional manner
• Verify customer documentation and ensure compliance with rental policies and procedures
• Conduct vehicle inspections with customers during pickup and return processes
• Record vehicle condition including damage, cleanliness, and fuel levels
• Maintain accurate records within the rental management system
• Ensure correct invoicing for rental transactions and additional service charges
• Coordinate with fleet and operations teams to ensure vehicle availability
• Monitor reservations, late returns, and no show bookings
• Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
