Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers arriving at the showroom or service centre with professionalism and warmth
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or executive
• Ensure customers experience a smooth and seamless service journey from arrival to departure
• Maintain front desk operations and support customer service coordination
• Provide guests with accurate information and assistance during their visit
• Support workshop and showroom teams by managing customer flow efficiently
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain visitor records when required
• Deliver a positive final interaction to ensure every guest leaves satisfied

Ideal Profile

• UAE National with valid Family Book for Emiratization requirement
