Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at the front office and provide professional assistance throughout the rental process.
• Manage vehicle rental transactions including reservations, check‑ins, check‑outs, and vehicle returns.
• Verify customer credentials and ensure compliance with rental policies and operational procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Process invoices and ensure accurate billing for rental services and additional charges.
• Maintain accurate records and update the rental management system with transaction details.
• Promote additional services such as insurance packages, vehicle upgrades, GPS systems, and fuel plans to increase revenue.
• Support loyalty program registrations and promote ongoing marketing offers and campaigns.
• Conduct vehicle inspections with customers during pickup and return, checking for cleanliness, damage, and fuel levels.
• Coordinate with fleet and operations teams to ensure vehicle availability and timely preparation for customers.
• Monitor reservations, late returns, and no‑show bookings while following up with customers when required.
• Maintain an organized and professional front‑office environment.
