The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in procurement, particularly in construction, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. A Bachelor's degree in business or engineering and relevant certifications are preferred. This full-time role presents an opportunity to develop procurement strategies and oversee supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Certification in CPPM or CPP is considered a plus.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
• Knowledge of procurement laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction projects.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships.
• Review and approve purchase orders for compliance.
• Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance to manage budget related to procurement.
• Conduct performance evaluations of suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain relationships with project managers and engineers.
