Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction industry.

Certification in CPPM or CPP is considered a plus.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract negotiation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
