Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cost Controller or similar role in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control financial aspects of construction projects.
• Prepare Monthly Cost Reports (MCRs) for all projects.
• Conduct variance analysis to address discrepancies.
• Prepare financial forecasts and identify risks.
• Evaluate construction methods and analyze delays on costs.
