Aquarius Worldwide is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with extensive experience in the interior fit-out sector to grow the business across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail markets in the UAE.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in BD/sales, a strong industry network, and a proven track record in securing fit-out projects and meeting sales targets. This role reports to the Sales Director and collaborates with design, estimation, and project teams.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
• At least 8 years in the interior fit-out industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong network of developers, consultants, architects, and corporate clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop proposals, tenders, and competitive quotations.

Aufgaben

• Identify and pursue new interior fit-out opportunities across UAE sectors.
• Build relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and clients.
• Develop business strategies to expand market share and client portfolio.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions meeting client needs.
• Manage the BD pipeline, follow up on inquiries, and close contracts.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams to develop proposals.
• Provide revenue forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Track market trends and competitive activities in the UAE interior fit-out market.
• Lead meetings and negotiations to secure new contracts.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
