Job summary

RIG Recruitment is working with a well-established Dubai-based luxury interiors business to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new B2B opportunities across the UAE. This commercially focused role requires a strong network in interiors, kitchens, joinery, fit-out, and building-materials, plus a proven ability to convert opportunities into revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B business development or sales experience in the UAE
• Experience within luxury kitchens, interiors, joinery, fit-out, building materials or a closely related sector
• Established network within Dubai/UAE developers, contractors, designers or consultants
• Strong track record of winning new business and developing key accounts
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Good knowledge of the UAE construction and interiors market
• Proactive, target-driven approach to business development
• Experience selling premium or technically specified interior products and solutions is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with a focus on B2B clients across the UAE
• Build relationships with property developers, design & build contractors, fit-out contractors, architects and consultants
• Proactively generate leads, arrange client meetings and identify upcoming projects
• Manage opportunities from initial introduction to proposal and commercial close
