Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project pitches to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with design and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to expand business connections.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and follow up on leads.
