Job summary

Client of AQJOBS seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager with 8+ years of experience in interior fit-out to drive growth, build client relationships and expand market presence across UAE sectors.

You will work with Sales Director, design, estimation and project teams to identify opportunities, prepare competitive proposals and convert leads into projects, while achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
• At least 8 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry.
• Strong network of industry contacts among developers, architects and clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of securing interior fit-out projects and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, hospitality and retail interior fit-out projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors and potential clients.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share and expand client portfolio.
• Research market trends, competitor activities and client requirements within the UAE interior fit-out market.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, project discussions and commercial negotiations to secure contracts.
• Generate leads through networking, industry events, referrals and direct client engagement.
• Collaborate with design, estimation, procurement and project teams to develop proposals and tender submissions.
• Understand interior design concepts, materials, fit-out solutions and timelines to present suitable client solutions.
• Manage the business development pipeline and convert qualified leads into confirmed projects.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline analyses and revenue forecasts for senior management.
• Maintain records of client interactions and negotiations and project status.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align development activities with company objectives.
