Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking aSenior Business Development professional in Dubai to drive new interior fit-out and turnkey projects. You will build relations with consultants, architects, designers, developers, and corporate clients to secure profitable opportunities.

You will lead tendering, prequalification, BOQs, and RFPs, coordinate with estimators and designers, and negotiate contracts to achieve targets while maintaining a strong UAE pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in BD within interior fit-out, joinery, construction, or turnkey solutions.
• Strong UAE network of consultants, architects, developers, and corporate clients.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and securing fit-out projects.
• Experience in tendering, prequalification, BOQs, and RFP opportunities.
• Good understanding of fit-out processes, contracts, and full project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence required.
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is advantageous.
