APAL Holiday Homes & Real Estate in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to acquire new Holiday Homes and grow the portfolio by building strong relationships with owners and investors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Dubai Holiday Homes / Short-Term Rentals.
• Proven experience in Holiday Homes business development or property acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai short-term rental market.
• Existing network of Dubai property owners/investors is highly preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven, proactive and commercially minded.
• Strong understanding of owner expectations, rental returns and Holiday Homes operations.

Responsibilities

• Source and acquire new Holiday Homes properties.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, existing contacts and market activity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and investors.
• Meet with owners and present our Holiday Homes management services.
• Understand owner objectives and advise on the short-term rental opportunity for their property.
• Negotiate and close Holiday Homes management agreements.
• Manage the full acquisition process from lead generation through to signed agreement and onboarding.
• Work closely with the Operations and Reservations teams to ensure a smooth property launch.
• Maintain an active pipeline and consistently achieve acquisition targets.

Package

• AED 5,000 Basic Salary + 1% Commission on Annual Rental Value*
• Uncapped commission and strong earning potential based on portfolio growth.*

Working Schedule

• Monday-Friday:* 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
