Dubai Government seeks a Senior Manager – Business Development (FinTech, Technology & Innovation) to drive commercial growth within the technology and fintech ecosystem in Dubai. The role supports the CBDO by attracting channel partners and new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering proactive engagement, research, briefings, and conference support.

Ideal candidates bring 6–8 years in BD with 4 years in management, plus a track record in fintech/payments and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifikationen

• 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role in Business Development and Client Management; 4 years of managerial responsibility in a similar scope and size.
• Proven business development and commercial sales experience within technology, fintech, or payments.
• Experience working with leading organizations such as Visa, Mastercard, Microsoft, or other top-tier fintech/tech players.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• UAE market experience is essential, with Dubai experience preferred due to stakeholder engagement.

Aufgaben

• Lead commercial growth initiatives within the technology and fintech ecosystem.
• Attract and register channel partners/new clients; maintain and deepen partner relationships.
• Provide research, briefings, meetings, and conference support to the CBDO.
• Support departmental objectives and raise awareness of competitiveness and positioning.
• Ensure information security and risk considerations are integrated into business development.
