Job summary

Omanyp in Dubai seeks a senior business development leader to drive growth in FinTech and capital markets. You will create and execute growth plans, expand the client base across brokers and banks, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

You will collaborate with internal teams to align efforts and monitor market trends to mitigate risks. The role requires deep experience in FinTech, market dynamics in the region, and a proven ability to negotiate and close strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of FinTech/Capital markets experience in the region.
• Experience with innovative retail brokers or FinTech serving large client bases is a plus.
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital asset spaces.
• Deep knowledge of brokerage and asset management operations and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth targets in financial services.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities in Dubai.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners and clients.
