Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or lead generation.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong interest in client engagement and business growth strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and professional email communication.
• Understanding of financial markets or fintech solutions will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential business opportunities through various channels, including professional networks, online platforms, and outbound outreach.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and requirements.
• Introduce and explain BlackTrader's products and services in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions using CRM systems.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
• Conduct industry research to identify market trends and competitor activities.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Support lead generation efforts and contribute toward achieving business targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of business opportunities.
