Job summary

Johnson Controls in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Sales Engineer – BMS, Controls to drive growth through service contracts, retrofit projects and digital solutions for major accounts. You will work from Abu Dhabi and engage customers with techno-commercial proposals, leveraging the BMS product portfolio.

Based in the UAE, you will collaborate with pre-sales teams, focus on AMC contracts and control optimization, and build robust relationships with key stakeholders to expand the installed base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years selling maintenance & service contracts for Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Proven ability to grow accounts by generating new business and pull-throughs.
• Valid UAE driving license required.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

• Differentiate Johnson Controls through market understanding and sales strategies.
• Develop customer solutions using BMS product portfolio.
• Focus on AMC contracts, retrofit projects, control optimization and digital solution selling.
• Identify strategic accounts within the installed base to grow business.
• Collaborate with pre-sales to deliver techno-commercial solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for customers and tenders.
