Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, estimation, or engineering related to BMS, HVAC controls, or MEP systems.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in technical sales are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of BMS, HVAC systems, BTU meters, PICVs, VAVs and energy management solutions is advantageous.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• UAE driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in promoting Honeywell BMS, BTU Meters, PICVs, Thermostats, VAVs and related solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with MEP contractors, consultants, facility management companies and end users.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries and quotations to convert opportunities into orders.
• Assist in project tracking, order processing and customer relationship management.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain regular visits to customers and consultants to strengthen business relationships.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing and upcoming projects.
