Johnson Controls in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Sales Engineer - BMS to lead sales for maintenance and service contracts, retrofit projects, and digital solutions. The role reports to the Sales Manager – Controls and focuses on AMC contracts and growing major accounts in the UAE.

Based in Abu Dhabi, this position involves developing techno-commercial solutions, collaborating with pre-sales, and delivering proposals for tenders to drive business growth for Building Technology and Solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or relevant experience.
• 5-7 years in selling maintenance & service contracts, replacement/upgrade projects focusing on Building management systems.
• Track Record: Proven ability to maintain and expand accounts by generating new business and Pull-throughs.
• License: Valid UAE Driving License.
• Customer focused and ability to build relationship with customers.
• Organization skills and ability for multi-tasking in a fast paced work environment.
• Determined, results oriented, self-driven with team spirit; strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Compliance: Adhere to company processes, policies, and compliances.
• Market Strategy: Differentiate Johnson Controls through market understanding and sales strategies.
• Customer Engagement: Develop solutions for customer challenges using BMS product portfolio.
• Business Development: Focus on AMC contracts, retrofit jobs, control optimization, and digital solution selling.
• Stakeholder Mapping: Identify strategic accounts to grow business within JCI installed base.
• Collaboration: Work with internal pre-sales teams to create techno-commercial solutions.
• Proposal Preparation: Create technical and commercial proposals for customers and tenders.
