Job summary

Johnson Controls in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer - BMS to drive growth by securing AMC contracts, retrofit projects, and digital solution selling within the Service Department for Building Technology and Solutions. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will focus on controls, digital solutions, and expanding the installed base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or relevant experience.
• 5-7 years in selling maintenance & service contracts, replacement/upgrade projects focusing on Building management systems
• Track Record: Proven ability to maintain and expand accounts by generating new business and Pull-throughs.
• License: Valid UAE Driving License.
• Customer focused and ability to build relationship with customers.
• Organization skills and ability for multi-tasking in a fast paced work environment.
• Determined, results and self-driven, maturity and high team spirit are essential qualities to succeed in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
