Job summary

Johnson Controls in Dubai seeks a Senior Sales Engineer for Security Systems to drive UAE sales across CCTV, access control and ELV solutions. You will focus on new construction projects and expand market share with key clients while coordinating with pre-sales and the sales team.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation, 5–6 years in UAE security sales, and proven ability to design technical solutions and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation.
• Minimum of 5–6 years’ experience in Security Systems Sales in UAE.
• Experience in designing technical solutions and advising customers on solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Fluent English; UAE driving license is a must.

• Qualify and close new sales opportunities with competitive value propositions.
• Prepare high-quality proposals and participate in tendering and bidding managed by pre-sales.
• Differentiate Johnson Controls using market understanding of competitors’ strategies and offerings.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and drive territory growth.
• Manage multiple priorities with strong planning and time management.
• Drive business with 360-degree stakeholder mapping from Contractor to End User to improve win rates.
