Job summary

jci is seeking a security systems sales professional to develop new business in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, drive upgrades, service contracts, and AMCs, and manage opportunities end to end.

You will qualify opportunities, build strong value propositions, and coordinate with pre-sales, contractors, consultants, and end users to win bids and close deals. Fluency in English and a UAE driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation, or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a background in Security System Sales.
• 2-3 years of experience in Security Systems sales in the UAE market.
• Experience in designing technical solutions, selecting equipment, and advising customers on security system options.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong sales drive, determination, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to deliver technical solution presentations to customers and stakeholders.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Advantage to tendering and bidding processes with CCTV/Access Control/ELV solutions.
