Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, electronics, instrumentation, or automation.
• 3-5 years in HVAC automation, BMS, or building technologies in UAE/GCC.
• Proven track record in technical sales or pre-sales.
• Strong exposure to HVAC systems, controls, sensors, actuators, PLCs, and BMS architecture.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and market development across UAE markets.
• Present and promote HVAC automation solutions; prepare techno-commercial proposals.
• Nurture leads; cross-sell and upsell.
• Meet clients; conduct site visits; travel within UAE.
• Attend industry events and network for leads.
• Maintain CRM records; submit reports and forecasts.
• Coordinate post‑sales handover; support customers during execution.
