Job summary

Solutions21 FZCO is seeking a senior B2B business development professional to drive revenue growth across UAE, GCC and international markets, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and building a diversified client portfolio.

You will lead RFPs, engage with government and enterprise buyers, and champion Solutions21's AI platform Tatbiq, while growing recurring revenue through land-and-expand strategies and strong partner networks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B business-development experience in IT services or digital transformation in UAE government and enterprise markets.
• Full-cycle seller comfortable owning the commercial function hands-on.
• Strong UAE network and knowledge of government procurement and tendering.
• Business-fluent English; Arabic preferred for government opportunities.
• Experience selling managed services with recurring revenue.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close as a hands-on hunter.
• Build a diversified portfolio of accounts across government, events & entertainment, healthcare, facilities, real estate and utilities.
• Lead RFP and tender pursuits end-to-end with early qualification, win themes and high-quality submissions.
• Grow recurring managed-services revenue through land-and-expand within existing and new clients.
• Champion and sell Solutions21's AI platform Tatbiq into enterprise and government accounts.
• Develop channels and partnerships to access larger opportunities.
• Maintain a structured CRM pipeline with accurate stages and forecasts.
• Structure deals with healthy terms and milestones in collaboration with finance.
• Shape market positioning and sales materials with the CEO.
