Job summary

upGrad Enterprise is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional based in Dubai to drive new client acquisition and partnerships. The role emphasizes strategic sales planning, client relationship management, and cross-team collaboration to deliver tailored digital learning solutions within data, technology, AI, and core skills offerings.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of BD experience, holds a valid UAE residence, and possesses a driving license.

Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in business development or sales.
Candidate must be currently residing in UAE.
Driving license is mandatory.
Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
UpGrad Enterprise focuses on data, technology, AI and core skills to fill workforce gaps.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients to meet sales targets.
Conduct market outreach through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
Develop and implement sales strategies to win new logos.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Assess client needs and tailor UpGrad Enterprise solutions accordingly.
Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to showcase value.
Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve quotas.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure delivery and satisfaction.
Provide regular reports on activities, pipeline, and progress toward targets.
