Job summary

Ascend Innovations in Dubai is hiring a Sales Manager – Business Development to drive new business, client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth in the UAE. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while building a robust pipeline and coordinating with internal teams to onboard clients.

The ideal candidate has 6–7 years of sales and business development experience with a proven B2B track record, strong negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years of sales and business development experience, primarily in B2B
• Proven track record in lead generation, negotiation and deal closure
• Open to candidates from any industry; UAE market experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Identify and qualify potential B2B clients and business opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers, senior management, and institutional stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for new client acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, and partnerships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity updates.
• Prepare pipeline reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates.
• Represent Ascend at relevant business meetings, networking events, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding after successful closure.
