Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solutioning with the delivery team, proposals, negotiation, and close - operating as a self-sufficient, hands-on hunter.
- Build a broad, balanced portfolio of accounts across the company's verticals: Government, Events & Entertainment, Healthcare, Facilities Management, Transport & Logistics, Real Estate, Public & Private Sectors and Utilities.
- Lead RFP and tender pursuits end-to-end: early qualification, win themes, coordinating technical inputs, competitive pricing, and high-quality submissions - including Arabic-language delivery and strong local references.
- Grow recurring managed-services revenue through land-and-expand within existing and new clients, complementing project-based work with dependable annuity income.
- Champion and sell Solutions21's AI application-building platform (Tatbiq) into enterprise and government accounts - including cross-selling and app-aware deployments and enterprise licensing - positioning it as a differentiator within consulting and transformation engagements.
- Develop channels and partnerships - system integrators, primes and local partners - to access and win larger strategic opportunities.
- Run a structured pipeline in CRM, with accurate stages, clear next actions and reliable leadership forecasts.
- Structure deals on healthy commercial terms, including deposits and milestones, and partner with finance to ensure smooth, timely revenue realisation.
- Shape Solutions21's market positioning and sharpen pitch materials and proposals alongside the CEO.
