Job summary

Confidential Company seeks a seasoned Senior Business Development professional to drive revenue in the UAE’s construction and infrastructure sectors. You will lead project pipelines, secure vendor approvals, and negotiate terms with consultants and utility officials.

In this role, you will manage commercial offers, protect GP margins, and coordinate cross-functionally with production and logistics to ensure timely deliveries. English fluency is essential, Arabic a plus, and travel is frequent.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in sales, specifically UAE Construction/MEP/Infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record in selling complex engineering and construction solutions.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for UAE infrastructure and public utility projects.
• Develop and execute project pipeline targeting Government tenders and key decision-makers.
• Secure supplier qualifications and AVL listings with consultants and utility authorities.
• Prepare competitive offers, maintain GP margins, and finalize terms, delivery, and credit arrangements.
• Lead credit control activities, coordinate with production and logistics for on-time site deliveries, and manage collections.
