Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a senior leader to shape and execute the B2B sales strategy across CV, LCV, Truck, Bus, and Industrial Equipment. You will coach BDMs and KAMs, set annual sales plans, and drive forecasting accuracy while ensuring CRM discipline and profitable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy across categories such as CV, LCV, Truck, Bus, and Industrial Equipment.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage BDMs and KAMs to exceed revenue and profit targets.
• Build annual sales plans, quotas, reporting cadence, and forecasting discipline.
• Oversee the full sales funnel from lead generation to closing and handover.
• Ensure CRM accuracy, pipeline quality, and adherence to sales governance.
• Monitor win/loss ratios, pricing discipline, and deal profitability.
• Oversee key account plans, cross-sell strategies, and retention programs.
• Resolve escalations and ensure adherence to SLAs, delivery timelines, and operational execution.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, Collections, and Marketing to align pricing, delivery, risk management, and market communication.
• Collaborate with Marketing to build B2B brand presence and sector-specific campaigns.
• Support Collections on overdue accounts and implement proactive credit-risk measures.
• Present monthly and quarterly business performance to senior management.
• Drive data-led decisions using industry trends, conversion metrics, market intelligence, and customer insights.
