Job summary

Parisima Talent is partnering with a growing organisation in Dubai to recruit a Senior B2B Business Developer for the commercial team. You will drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and nurture key client relationships across local and international markets.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in B2B sales, a proven track record of meeting targets, strong negotiation and communication skills, and excellent time management. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with excellent time management and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across local and international markets.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and cold outreach through to negotiations and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial agreements.
• Coordinate with Production and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor sales pipelines, prepare forecasts and work towards achieving commercial targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service, client satisfaction and long-term account retention.
• Maintain accurate sales records and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
