Job summary

Two Pillars Advisory FZCO in Dubai seeks an experienced Sales/BD professional to generate qualified leads via cold calls, networking, referrals, and field visits, while managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

You will identify prospective corporate clients, understand their requirements, present suitable solutions, and build strong long-term relationships in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven Sales/BD experience.
• Experience in Business Setup, Corporate Services or B2B services preferred.
• UAE market experience preferred.
• Ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented.
• Existing UAE business network is an advantage.
• Immediate or short-notice joining is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, field visits and other channels.
• Identify and approach prospective individual and corporate clients.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable business solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and follow-up to closing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
