Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking an experienced auditor to lead and participate in audits across Consumer, Private & Business Banking segments. The role involves identifying control weaknesses, reporting findings, and developing risk assessments within FAB Group policies.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in international banks or Big 4, with strong analytical and communication skills and familiarity with Central Bank regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with an International Bank or Big 4.
• Working knowledge of Consumer, Private & Business Banking activities and associated risks.
• Familiarity with bank and audit policies and Central Bank regulations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in audits covering Consumer, Private & Business Banking segments across the FAB Group.
• Identify control weaknesses and report significant audit findings to management.
• Develop and maintain risk assessments and audit programs for process streams.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training for junior colleagues.
• Act as an Audit Business Partner for line managers to identify emerging risks.
• Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with the Annual Plan and GIA policies.
• Conduct special investigations and reviews as assigned by the Head of Audit.
