Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a high-caliber audit professional to lead audits across Information Security, BCM, IT, Data Domain and System Integration, in UAE and international locations. The role focuses on risk governance, control robustness, and timely reporting with action plans to address findings.

The candidate will guide junior staff, maintain robust audit programs, and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and FAB standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; post-graduate qualification desirable.
• Certification in information security and risk domains (CISA, CISSP, CISM, CSX) is advantageous.
• Professional capabilities in governance, risk management and control.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits of FAB Group’s Information Security, BCM, IT, Data Domain and System Integration across UAE and international locations.
• Ensure audits align with Annual Plan and notify Head of Audit of delays or changes.
• Provide guidance and training to junior colleagues and promote a value-driven culture.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure activities align with approved guidelines.
• Maintain Audit programs, review activities, and ensure timely audit reporting and management action plans.
