Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to lead and participate in audits across the Consumer Private & Business Banking Segments in the UAE and international operations. You will advise management, escalate significant findings, and drive action plans to address issues.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure within a strict audit timetable.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant internal audit experience.
• Self-directed; able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit the Consumer Private & Business Banking Segments functions and related activities.
• Provide guidance and training to junior colleagues; promote ethics and value-driven culture.
• Monitor budgets and ensure activities align with approved guidelines.
• Review processes and governance; identify improvements and ensure controls are effective.
• Lead investigations/special reviews when required; report to Head of Audit.
