Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank FAB is seeking an experienced internal audit professional to lead audits of the Group Compliance Function across the UAE and international operations. You will guide junior staff, develop audit programs, and ensure timely fieldwork and reporting while acting as a trusted Audit Business Partner to Line Managers.

The role requires 5+ years in international banking internal audit, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; post-graduate or professional qualification desirable (e.g., CAMS).
• Minimum 5 years of experience with an international bank; internal audit preferred.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits of FAB Group Compliance Function across UAE and international operations.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior colleagues; conduct knowledge sharing.
• Develop and maintain audit programs; ensure timely fieldwork completion and reporting.
• Act as Audit Business Partner to Line Managers and manage stakeholder relationships.
