Senior Associate / Associate Investigations & Research

Location: Dubai UAE

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Senior Associate or Associate to support complex investigations disputes and asset tracing assignments across the MENA region and beyond. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical and writing capabilities sound judgement and the ability to manage projects in high-pressure environments. Recent experience conducting investigations from the UAE is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and contribute to investigative projects involving cross-border disputes and asset tracing
• Conduct thorough public record and open-source research across multiple jurisdictions
• Present findings clearly and accurately both in written reports and verbal briefings
• Oversee and guide more junior team members and coordinate with external partners or local resources
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet the highest standards of quality and discretion

Requirements

• 34 years of recent experience in investigative research corporate intelligence disputes support or related fields
• Demonstrated ability to manage investigative projects with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to distil complex findings into actionable insights
• Fluent English required; Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Proven experience conducting investigations in or from the UAE
• Comfortable working across cultures and jurisdictions in a dynamic deadline-driven environment

Preferred

• Background in asset recovery litigation support or due diligence
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to team-based work
• Familiarity with research tools and databases used in international investigations
