Senior Analyst FP&A Eurasia Leasing Advisory

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Finance Manager to join our Global Leasing Advisory Financial Planning & Analysis team focusing on the Eurasia region. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with business partnership skills to support financial reporting across our Leasing Advisory business lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close activities for Eurasia region ensuring accurate and timely P&L reporting
• Conduct variance analysis identifying trends and providing meaningful commentary
• Support the annual budgeting cycle monthly rolling forecasts and long-range planning processes
• Loading regional team budgets forecasts into the budgeting tool (EPM)
• Performing data analysis using various tools and support in creating interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards for management
• Partner with country finance teams across Europe and Asia to ensure consistency in planning and reporting
• Provide financial results and insights to Eurasia regional business teams and support with finance operations queries
• Oversee JBS resources working on recurring deliverables providing direction and data quality control
• Streamline data collection and consolidation processes across multiple countries
• Manage competing priorities and manage time effectively to meet deadlines

Requirements

• Qualified finance professional (ACA ACCA CIMA or equivalent) with 5 years of relevant experience
• Analytical capabilities with strong attention to detail
• Strong understanding of financial systems and reporting tools
• Experience working in a matrix organization across multiple countries
• Experience of working on budgeting tool like EPM or equivalent
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with reporting tools like PAX OneStream Tableau Power BI
