Job Overview
The Crew Scheduling Administrator performs established crew scheduling and administrative activities that support the safe and efficient movement of offshore personnel. The postholder is expected to recognize and resolve typical General Services issues with limited supervisory approval, evaluate appropriate solutions from established options and maintain a high standard of accuracy in the services and information provided to the wider team.
Crew Coordination and Documentation
The role requires close attention to personnel readiness before offshore mobilization. Crew documentation, training records and other required information must remain current so that potential issues can be identified before scheduled embarkation. The Crew Scheduling Administrator also acts as a coordination point when planned personnel movements are disrupted, ensuring that the relevant HR and Operations teams receive timely information regarding medical leave, flight changes, weather conditions or other circumstances affecting crew changes.
