• Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with strong attention to detail.

Role Overview

Senior QHSES Assurance Specialist responsible for strengthening quality systems and governance across projects and business operations. Supports management system improvement, audit readiness, document quality, benchmarking, continuous improvement while ensuring international quality standards and internal compliance requirements are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of new management systems and quality governance frameworks
• Partner with Functional Process Subject Matter Experts to drive major Quality Systems initiatives across departments
• Work with Quality Directors to identify and resolve complex issues affecting multiple business functions
• Maintain QC system attributes to ensure accurate quality reporting and document traceability
• Assist in removing legacy practices and transitioning teams to improved management systems
• Administer onboarding and training for new team members while supporting knowledge transfer across teams
• Participate in the design, implementation, and enforcement of company document templates and governance standards
• Advise stakeholders on best practices for document creation, organization, and management system compliance
• Report project quality status and execution progress according to approved plans and management requests
• Develop, organize, write, review, and edit engineering procedures, work instructions, and technical documents
• Perform quality checks of documents focusing on structure, grammar, consistency, and technical clarity
• Manage revisions and updates to technical literature and operational procedures
• Support project bids and proposals related to quality requirements when requested
• Conduct internal and external audits monthly and ensure timely reporting of findings and corrective actions
• Oversee KPI, quality indicators, and performance quality trends while supporting benchmarking and lessons learned
• Analyze performance data to support target setting, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead and perform root cause analysis for quality-related issues and ensure effective corrective action implementation

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical or engineering field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in EPC construction, fabrication, or industrial quality assurance environments
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, AS9110, or other recognized Quality Management Systems
• Internal Auditor training and audit execution experience preferred
• Strong understanding of Lean and Continuous Improvement principles and practical implementation
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision‑making skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for effective cross‑functional collaboration
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills for reporting, presentations, and technical documentation
