Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants seeks an experienced General Manager – Sales to lead the sales and business development function across logistics, transportation, warehousing, 3PL, and related B2B services in the UAE. The role is based in Sharjah and focuses on revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing team.

You will drive market expansion, set targets, and strengthen long-term client relationships with distributors and strategic partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/related field required.
• MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
• 10–12 years of progressive sales experience with 3–5 years in senior leadership.
• Strong UAE market network in logistics, distribution, or B2B sectors.
• Solid P&L, budgeting, and forecasting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-line sales team.
• Identify new markets, opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
• Drive new business, expand customer portfolio, and manage key accounts.
• Set targets, budgets, and KPIs; monitor performance and pricing.
• Prepare reports and present growth opportunities to senior leadership.
• Oversee contract negotiations and major commercial agreements.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
