Job summary

Milaha in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a senior sales professional to identify and build a database of potential customers in the 3PL/logistics sector. The role focuses on qualifying prospects, analyzing business needs, trade lanes, and service requirements to prioritise high-potential opportunities.

You will coordinate RFQ and pricing, negotiate terms, and drive customer onboarding and handovers to Delivery teams to ensure successful executions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 4-6 years' experience in a similar sales/BD role in logistics.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Identify/prospect and build a database of potential customers.
• Qualify leads by reviewing business needs, commodities, trade lanes and service requirements.
• Coordinate RFQ and pricing with Sales Support and negotiate terms to close sales.
• Educate customers about Milaha services and ensure smooth onboarding and handover to Delivery teams.
